Custom Architectural Shapes

Foam shapes are computer designed and cut out of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam, and used in the enhancement of homes and commercial properties. They are similar to moldings inside your home/office but may be substantially larger and coated with products which make them durable and long lasting outside. Many commercial and construction companies use them for stucco and Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS).

From columns to arches and cornices to window surrounds, high-performance architectural shapes have infinite design possibilities and have an excellent enhancing Finish System. Our innovative fabrication method solves many construction/design challenges while also adding a presentable finish to both residential and commercial buildings.

Standard and custom architectural shapes are produced with precision and consistency to shorten lead times.

Material can be manufactured in a variety of densities to meet the needs of your project. Densities vary between 1.0 lb to 3.0 lb. Polystyrene meets tough exterior wall specifications and has been used in the construction industry for more than 30 years and is the preferred substrate for all stucco and Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS), because it combines infinite design potential with material strength and durability.
